Unlock your Boost Mobile phone

To be eligible for unlocking, the phone must meet the following criteria:

• The device is capable of being SIM unlocked.
• The device hasn't been reported as lost or stolen, or otherwise flagged as ineligible.
• The device has been active on the Boost Mobile network for at least 12 months.
• The account associated with the device is active and in good standing (no unpaid bills).

If the phone meets these requirements, customers can call Boost Mobile customer service at 1-833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) to request an unlock.

Boost Mobile will guide the customer through the process, which can take up to two business days to complete.

Note: cancelling your service will not count towards your 12 months, that means if you decided to cancel your service after 10 months and you tried to unlock your phone after 2 months following to that, Boost Mobile Won't be able to unlock your phone.
